After three years, the Little City Foundation brought back their greatly missed, Poker and Casino Night! Nearly 200 guests arrived at the Harry Caray’s Seventh Inning Stretch Bar and Restaurant in the Water Tower Place to show their support on Friday, September 27th! This was the perfect venue for a poker and casino night as the guests were surrounded by sports memorabilia, tv’s and interactive games! The energy was high throughout the entire evening due to such a great atmosphere!
The evening started in the bar area with multiple buffet stations, including a baked potato bar, tenderloin, pastas, salads and grilled veggies. The guests were then welcomed into the museum portion of the restaurant to start the poker tournament and casino gaming! The food didn’t stop at the beginning of the evening, as passed appetizers and dessert stations were within the poker and casino area for guests to grab-n-go all night.
While the final table was for the top six poker players all hoping to take home the grand prize, the $10,000 World Series of Poker Seat in Las Vegas, the room was buzzing with tons of guests playing blackjack, war and craps! The evening was a huge success, and everyone is hopeful for the return of the Little City Foundation’s Poker and Casino Night next year!
